Sex: Delight ... and a right hygiene as well!

Sex: The center of interest!
One of the most basic parts of any person’s (man or woman) life and always of great concern and not without any reason! A healthy sex life may be the source of life, inspiration, strength(and the best way to build muscle as some of my friends tend to say) and courage, joy and optimism, for any individual in its daily routine. Just about everyone is looking for an improvement of its sexual life, enriching it with new data, inventing new fields of interest and searching for a better contact (both emotional and body) with its partner. A large number of articles, books and internet sites, deal with this subject and are addressed to these persons. Thousands of articles give advice on how someone could improve its sexual life, as this is a topic that really concerns most of the people. But how many people deal with the more “practical” part of love? How many persons are interested in learning the right way of contact and how the hygiene rules should be maintained?

Basic and necessary rules of hygiene and sex!
As all enjoyments in life, so sex requires a care and attention, in order to avoid bad and undesired situations! Some of the most basic rules concerning sex, that everyone should be familiar with are the following:

Rule No.1: Clean genitals
Everybody knows that the clean genitals of both men and women, is a necessary factor! However, how many persons know that the genitals should be washed before and after the sexual intercourse?
According to experts, the cleanliness of the genitals is important for avoiding of various inflammations. The sebum accumulated in man’s genitals, responsible for the odour of its genitals should be removed by plenty of water. In a similar way the cleaning of woman’s genitals should be carried out carefully and using products of neutral pH!

Rule No.2: Clean and well washed hands
Hands of both man and woman should be well cleaned before the sexual intercourse. The hands as a basic element of contact participate in the sexual intercourse to a great extent and should be free of dirt and microbes.

Rule No.3: Clean underwear
As the underwear comes to a direct contact with the genitals, they should be clean, otherwise may become a point of microbes development. The regular change of underwear is extremely important! Remember underwear should not be sexy only, but clean as well!

Rule No.4: Clean towels
Towels are another “trap”, another source of infections, if they are not clean! The wet towels which are not getting dry in a right way, may be a source for the development of fungi! Besides, it is also important to use different towels for the body and genitals, so no transmission of fungi is possible from the sensitive area to the rest of the body!

Rule No.5: Urination prior and after sex
Urination is considered as necessary prior and after any sexual intercourse (for both men and women), so any bacteria and microbes present and are ready to enter the urethra through the sexual intercourse, are eliminated in a natural way.

Sex is an enjoyment…unless is made in the right way in order to avoid the unpleasant side of the sexual contact….that of inflammations!
